Paper Petitions/City StampChapters

We are excited to announce that in the near future, the David Ruffin Stamp Initiative will be looking into naming city chapters and captains to collect online & paper petitions signatures. Stay tuned to see if your city will be announced here on the website. The more cities the petitions reach, the better chances are for signatures. So check back periodically.

There will be paper petitions for fans that do not have access to a computer or internet. These paper petitions will be set up for city stamp chapters as well. Look forward to these add ons in the near future.
